Return & Refund Policy

At NutriStin, we aim to provide high-quality dehydrated fruit and vegetable powders. Since our products are food-grade items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, leaked, or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preferences or product dislike since these are consumable products.


2. Timeframe to Raise a Request

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Proof Required

To process a return or refund, please provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
  • Photo of the package, including shipping label
  • Order ID and customer details

This helps us verify the issue and take quick action.


4. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved:

  • We will ship a replacement product at no extra cost
  • Replacement timelines depend on your location and courier availability

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • The product is out of stock or discontinued
    Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Products purchased under clearance, sale, or special offers

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Unavailability of customer

Refunds or free replacements may not be provided. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
